I’m Chef Jay, and I’ve been a professional chef for 10 years. My love for food started as a kid, watching my mother cook for our family and seeing how one meal could pull everyone closer.

Today, I bring that same energy to every table, combining Spanish, Italian, French, and Southern American influences. I focus on flavor, creativity, and the feeling you take with you after the last bite.

I built my craft through real kitchens

I learned my foundation in high school, and after graduating I worked under several high-end chefs with different culinary styles and backgrounds. That training pushed me to hone my craft and develop my own voice.

I focus on the feeling behind every bite

My kitchen philosophy is simple: I lead with love. I want you to taste dedication and creativity, but more than that, I want the meal to feel like an experience—not just food on a plate.

Chef Jay was incredible. The meal was absolutely amazing and tasteful. We truly loved the strawberry jerk bbq sauce. The steak was tender and the green beans were cooked to perfection. We absolutely loved the sauce for the ravioli. We would highly recommend Chef Jay for any occasion.

Some of the food was a tad too salty. The dessert was fantastic and really took me back to the days when my Great Grandmother made banana pudding. Jay's had a twist which I found to be innovative.
